❌ Credits once added to your account or used for generation are strictly non-refundable. This applies to all payment methods and circumstances.

Why Non-Refundable?

Every generation consumes real AI processing costs (Google Gemini API) that are charged to us immediately and cannot be recovered. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds on consumed or added credits.

What Is Covered

✅ If a generation fails due to a platform error (not user error), credits will be restored to your account automatically or upon request.

We strongly recommend:

Test with a small balance first to ensure the platform meets your expectations
Review the pricing page before transferring funds
